Shipping policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment
We offer two types of products:
- Apparel & Print-on-Demand Items – Fulfilled and shipped by our partner, Printful
- Books & Stocked Items – Shipped directly from our own inventory
Each type of product has different processing and shipping times.
Shipping for Apparel & Print-on-Demand Items
All apparel items are made on demand by Printful and typically take 2-7 business days to be printed and fulfilled before shipping.
Estimated Shipping Times for Apparel:
- USA: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Shipping costs for apparel are calculated at checkout based on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
⚠️ Please note: Printful handles all apparel orders separately from stocked items, so if you order both, they will arrive in different shipments.
Shipping for Books & Stocked Items
Books and other stocked items are ready to ship and typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times for Books & Stocked Items:
- USA: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Tracking & Delivery
- Printful orders will have tracking provided directly from Printful.
- Stocked items will be shipped from our location, and tracking will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
If your order includes both apparel and books, they will arrive separately.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Apparel orders: If your apparel order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue.
- Books & Stocked Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, reach out to us at shop@reallifenetwork.com so we can assist.
Changes & Cancellations
- Apparel orders: Since apparel items are made on demand, we do not accept cancellations or changes once fulfillment has started.
- Books & Stocked Items: If you need to change or cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately at shop@reallifenetwork.com.
